Terms and conditions for bookings:
Check-in time is from 14:00, earlier check-in is not possible unless arranged before arrival and late check-in requires informing so arrangements can be made. Office hours are 09:00 to 16:30. Check-out is at 11:00 in the morning, room must be cleaned and vacated promptly. Anything left in the room will be thrown so no responsibility is taken for items left behind and will under no circumstances be kept in storage or forwarded.
All bookings made are non-refundable and a non-refundable security deposit of £200 per room must be paid and will be returned after inspection of room and subject to returning room in same condition as provided. Under exceptional circumstances the booking may be deferred but payment never refunded, the deferment is time-limited so a future booking date must be made within six months otherwise the deposit will therefore not be refunded and to book after time-limit will require full payment. The deposit will be refunded back onto the payment card used for the online booking within seven days after checking out of the room. Any communal spaces that are not maintained during your stay and require additional cleaning will be charged per resident and deducted from the deposit accordingly. Any refuse not recycled and placed into incorrect bins that then requires sorting and disposing will be chargeable per resident. Any bagged or loose waste left in the communal areas or garden/yard not removed and disposed of will be removed by maintenance crew and will be chargeable per resident.
